Moving On

Lilac Girls  by Martha Hall Kelly

The war changed everything. It was just impossible to pretend nothing had happened. The third part that happened after the war, that people would live on and suffer, kinda like what would happen after the “happy marriage” , which is really sad. Maybe we all know what would happen, so we choose to be selective blind sometimes, hoping life can be easier this way. The problem is that the emotions as well as all the changes outside the world would hold you back and make it hard to move on with life even after the war.
