What It’s Like to Be a Bird – From Flying to Nesting, Eating to Singing–What Birds Are Doing, and Why by David Allen Sibley
It is quite a shame that literally I have seen just a handful of the birds in this book as it is all about local birds in USA. I am wondering now what the hell was on my mind during the hours-read-through. Why didn’t I just pick up some book about birds that I may know of and have seen with my own eyes…Anyway, the sketches of different birds and the zoom-in details are purely amazing. I even got obsessed with the different twigs and all kinds of back groundings.
BTW, the little birdy on the cover is a Western Tanager.
